Rheumatologist in Panama City, FL for Arthritis Care

Wow, I was so impressed with Dr. Agha and his staff! I've been to multiple rheumatologist before, but this was by far the best experience I've had. … I never felt rushed, he was very sincere and open with me, and actually talked with me, instead of 'to' me. … I know I am in great hands and couldn't be happier with my experience at Bay Arthritis Institute...Thank you Dr. Agha!

I just want to say I have NEVER had a better experience with front desk staff than I have here. The ladies Courtney,Casee, Erika, and Ashley have been the absolute best! Anytime I have a question or need a reschedule….even a flare up these wonderful women are glad to help every single time. Love it here!! Not to mention Dr. Agha and his nursing staff phenomenal experience every single time.

The staff at this facility are incredibly efficient & friendly! In all my 58 years of health care I can honestly say that Doctor Amir Agha expressed the most sincere listening skills I've ever experienced,...I felt "heard" & that the doctor TRULY wants to get to the root of any/all issues I'm dealing with!!

Wonderful and compassionate care from office and medical staff. Dr. Agha took the time to listen and thoroughly examine to provide customized care plan. They expedited the process and took measures to ensure that insurance covered treatments. Highly recommend this facility to anyone who finds themselves in the position to need advanced rheumatology care within in the tri-state area.

Today was my first appointment there. I was greeted with a warm welcome and huge friendly smiles! I felt very welcomed. The lady that took my weight/stats was very nice and helpful and Dr. Amiga listened to me and was very knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing place to go! I walked in checked right in, waited a normal wait time. I got to the back room and I received immediate answers and I have been to many doctors the last two months for answers and none could figure anything out! I sat down within 5-10 minutes of him reviewing labs, and doing exams I was diagnosed and have next steps. Thank you so much Dr. Ahga and your amazing staff!

Reliably on time, kind staff and clean facility. This Dr office does so much and always feels in sync and managed very well. I see a variety of people in the waiting room and everyone seems happy with this practice. I know I am - as I'm getting the most aggressive treatment available and in my hometown too. Win/Win 🙌🏽

This was my first appointment today but from my experience today I think im going to get great care here. Everyone from the front desk check in to the Dr. and his assistant and his ultra sound tech were friendly, kind, caring and seemed genuinely interested in my reason for coming and what they can do to help/treat my autoimmune disease. Highly recommend.

Great care. Attentive staff and Dr. Agha fully explains course of treatment, expected results, possible outcomes. He actively listens to your medical complaints and carefully evaluates your presented concerns. Again, great medical team and great care.

Staff is always personable and professional. Dr. Ahga and Jordon are never in a rush with you. They take the time to look at your entire medical history and really listen to your concerns and discuss options. They make all of this take place without a long wait. I would definitely recommend.

Jordan Wester and staff are always pleasant and helpful. Jordan is knowledgeable and it's a pleasure to be her patient. I rarely see Dr. Agha, but when I do, it's always a good experience.

NP Shelley Clark has the best bedside manner! You can tell she truly cares. Also very impressed with the new vibe at the front desk. Feels like positive changes are happening, which makes for a more relaxing check in and check out, as a patient. Thank you all for what you do.💕

The receptionists are all very helpful and friendly. I saw PA Shelly for the first time and she was on top of my concerns. Her check in young lady was kind and helpful too. A very good visit.

This was my evaluation visit. The facility was very clean, staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Auga was awesome. He asked questions and actually gave me plenty of time to answer. I was very impressed with his patience and our care plan. I'm looking forward to having him on my specialist team.

Check in was easy, quick and pleasant. Wait time was not long. Nursing staff was pleasant, quick and efficient. A very good, very enjoyable visit.
