Andre C. Smith Joins Bay Arthritis Institute as Chief Operations Officer

Bay Arthritis Institute is proud to name Andre C. Smith as our chief operations officer (COO). Mr. Smith has more than 13 years of experience in healthcare. He has led rheumatology clinics, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and private infusion centers.

Andre is a graduate of the University of Florida. There, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Since then, he has built a strong record of running healthcare offices smoothly. Many also know him for his skill in medical billing and coding. Because he knows the full billing cycle, he can put customer service first. As a result, the groups he has led have earned better quality scores and rankings.
