With this training, Jeff uses current, proven methods to help patients move better and enjoy life more.
We have always put personal, caring treatment first, and Jeff lives this out. He looks for the root cause of your pain or movement problem first. Then he builds a recovery plan just for you.
Here’s what Jeff focuses on:
Jeff believes physical therapy is about more than easing symptoms. It’s about helping people live fuller, healthier lives.
Thanks to Jeff’s training, we can now offer new and improved services:
Programs that lower swelling, help joints work better and improve movement for people with long-term arthritis.
Custom recovery plans after knee replacement, hip surgery, spine surgery and more.
Programs for older adults that improve balance, coordination and confidence. As a result, the risk of falls goes down.
Exercises that build muscle and flexibility to help recovery and prevent injuries.
Soft tissue work and myofascial release to ease pain, release tension and help joints move fully again.
Jeff creates exercise plans for home that build on your in-office visits, so your progress lasts.
With these services, every patient gets treatment made for their own needs and goals.
When you work with Jeff, you partner with someone who has one goal: giving you the care and tools to move with ease and less pain.
Whether you’re healing after surgery, managing arthritis or working on movement, Jeff puts you first. Here’s what he said about joining Bay Arthritis Institute:
“I am honored to join Bay Arthritis Institute and be part of a team that’s truly dedicated to improving lives. For me, physical therapy is about more than treating symptoms—it’s about helping patients move better, feel better, and live better.
